At the arranged time, we will collect you from your accommodation in Chania and set off toward the southern part of Crete to launch this memorable day trip.

Our first stop will be Sfakia, a region renowned for its historical significance during World War II and its stunning vistas of the White Mountains of Crete (Lefka Ori). As per the 2021 data, Sfakia is home to approximately 2,002 residents across an area of 467.6 km² (180.5 mi²), marking it as one of the largest yet least populated municipalities on the island.

Next, we’ll take a water taxi to Loutro, a scenic coastal settlement. The village derives its name from the Greek term for "bath". Come discover the reason behind its name during this trip!

Upon arrival in Loutro, you will have the chance to enjoy some leisure time! This is an ideal spot for swimming in the crystal-clear sea, wandering along the beautiful shoreline, or simply basking in the sun. For those feeling peckish, local tavernas serve delightful dishes like mpoureki and mousaka. Savor the flavors!

After a delightful period exploring this Cretan gem, we'll board a private taxi boat to return to Sfakia, where our journey back to Chania will commence. After approximately 8 hours, we'll drop you off at your hotel and bid farewell. Until next time!
