Ceviche, Pisco Sour & Causa: Local Market Experience

At the appointed time, we will collect you from your accommodation in Lima, marking the beginning of an unforgettable journey. Our first destination will offer stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.

Next, we will stroll along the Miraflores Boardwalk, making our way to the charming district of Barranco. Here, we will stop at an artisan coffee shop to savor coffee, tea, or a lucuma shake. Following this delightful tasting, a walking tour through Barranco will unveil its quaint streets and lovely plazas.

Our journey will then lead us to La Mar, recognized as one of the most vibrant culinary regions in Lima. We will explore a local market, where a visit to a fruit and vegetable stall allows us to sample an array of fresh Peruvian products.

The experience continues at a local restaurant, which may vary based on availability or season. Here, we will participate in an engaging workshop focused on ceviche and causa limeña, essential dishes of Peruvian gastronomy! Additionally, you will learn the art of crafting pisco sour, the nation's beloved cocktail. After completing the workshop, you will have the opportunity to enjoy lunch at the restaurant at your leisure.

Finally, after your meal, we will transport you back to your Lima hotel, approximately 4.5 hours after pickup. Alternatively, you can choose to remain at the restaurant to continue indulging in Lima's culinary offerings.
