Garcia Caves Expedition

At the agreed-upon time, we will collect you from your accommodation in Monterrey. Following this, a one-hour journey by minibus will lead us to the charming town of Garcia, where we will uncover its magnificent caves. We will pause briefly en route, providing you the opportunity to grab a coffee or breakfast at your leisure.

Upon reaching the Sierra del Fraile, we will board a cable car that transports us directly to the entrance of the Garcia Caves. As we ascend, take in the unparalleled landscapes of jagged rocks—a perfect occasion for capturing memorable photographs!

Upon arrival at the summit, we will enter the renowned Garcia Caves, where we can explore an extensive network of caverns stretching 2 km (1.2 miles) in length. Guided by our expert, we will unveil the remarkable secrets housed within these formations. Highlights include the altar dedicated to the Virgin of Guadalupe, the Mirador de la Mano viewpoint, the Salón del Aire, and the stunning Christmas Tree, along with many other hidden gems. Additionally, we will enjoy a cable car ride that provides a breathtaking perspective of the surroundings.

After our exploration of the caves, we will make our way back to your hotel in Monterrey, completing the experience in approximately 3 hours.

This tour includes pickup from hotels or lodgings situated in downtown Monterrey. For those staying outside this area, we will convene at the following location: Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Monterrey.
