Ypou must show your tickets at the entrance of the Castelo Sant'Elmo during opening hours. The address is: Via Tito Angelini, 20/A.

This voucher is not a ticket. You'll receive your ticket for the Castel Sant'Elmo via SMS or email from the sender Vix City 24 hours before your visit. Please make sure to check your messages and email inbox.

You'll also be able to scan the QR code to register and find more information about the visit

Each ticket will include a unique Civitatis reference code for easy identification. We'll also send you a copy of your tickets via email alongside a link to download the audioguide.

To enter the museum, you'll have to show the tickets sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. The museum only accepts these digital tickets; without them, access will be denied.
