- Children under 6 can access the attraction for free, as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
- You must activate the pass upon your arrival in Prague. Any prior activation is unnecessary, as it will result in losing the time included in the package. Therefore, cancellations or changes to your trip do not directly affect the validity of the voucher, which is valid until the date indicated on it.
- The QR code on the voucher is a graphical representation of the voucher number (for example, 3SF3K_...). This QR code is used solely to upload the voucher to the mobile app, which saves you from having to manually enter the entire voucher number.
