When making your reservation, you have two tour options to select from. Both choices encompass pickup from your hotel or an airport within Rio, travel via minibuses, and a driver proficient in Portuguese. We will reach out to you to confirm the designated pickup time.

Below are specific details about each available option:

Pickup Times for Northern, Southern, or Central Rio Areas and Airports

This option allows us to collect you anywhere in northern, southern, or central Rio, or at any airport in the city. Should your pickup be at an airport, a driver will await you with a sign displaying your name.

Pickup times for this selection are as follows:

Santos Dumont Airport: For passengers with luggage, pickups are scheduled at 6:10 am, 9:10 am, and 1:40 pm. If not carrying luggage, your pickup will be at 6:30 am, 9:30 am, or 2:00 pm.
Galeão Airport, national arrivals: Luggage-holding passengers will be picked up at 6:30 am, 9:30 am, or 2:00 pm. For those without luggage, pickup times are at 6:50 am, 9:50 am, or 2:20 pm.
Galeão Airport, international arrivals: Regardless of luggage, pickups occur at 6:00 am, 9:00 am, or 1:00 pm.

For other locations, the pickup will be scheduled at 5:45 am, 8:45 am, or 12:45 pm. Areas covered by this service include:

Northern Rio: Avenida Brasil
Southern Rio: Flamengo, Santa Teresa, Glória, Catete, Laranjeiras, Botafogo, Humaitá, Urca, Leme, Copacabana, Arpoador, Ipanema, Leblon, Gávea, and Jardim Botânico
Central Rio: Estácio, Center, and Lapa

Pickup in Western Rio

This option covers pickups from your hotel in Barra da Tijuca or São Conrado at 5:45 am, 8:45 am, or 12:45 pm.

Activities in Conceição de Jacareí

Situated approximately 80 miles (130 km) away from central Rio de Janeiro, Conceição de Jacareí is nestled in Mangaratiba and boasts ideal beaches for water sports. This region along the Costa Verde also offers scenic boat rides! It's worth noting that Conceição de Jacareí lies close to the renowned Ilha Grande.

For those not inclined towards beach activities, you can explore the area's beautiful waterfalls, visit historical churches, or enjoy the vibrant atmosphere at local bars and food stalls. There’s something enjoyable for everyone!

The pickup times are approximate. Please anticipate possible delays due to waiting periods or unexpected traffic conditions.
Children under one year can travel free of charge when sitting on their parents' laps. However, if a safety seat is preferred, parents will need to purchase tickets for children aged 1 to 3.

The night before the transfer, the tour operator will contact you to provide the pickup time.

On the day of the trip, when the driver is en route, the tour operator will send you a message with the updated pickup time and a link to the Waze app so you can track the driver's journey. We recommend downloading the app prior to the transfer.

Pickup in Northern, Southern, or Central Rio, or Airports

Santos Dumont Airport: pickup for passengers with luggage at 6:10 am, 9:10 am, or 1:40 pm. If you don't have any luggage, we'll pick you up at 6:30 am, 9:30 am, or 2 pm. We'll be waiting for you at the Infraero information desk - First Floor - Boarding Sector.
Galeão Airport, national arrivals: pickup for passengers with luggage at 6:30 am, 9:30 am, or 2 pm. For passengers without any luggage, pickup is at 6:50 am, 9:50 am, or 2:20 pm. We'll be waiting for you at Terminal 2 - International arrivals - Door D (outside, on the sidewalk).
Galeão Airport, international arrivals: for passengers with luggage or without, pickup is at 6 am, 9 am, or 1 pm. We'll be waiting for you at Terminal 2 - International arrivals - Door D (outside, on the sidewalk).

For the rest of the areas, pickup will be at 5:45 am, 8:45 am, or 12:45 pm. If your pickup is at a hotel or hostel, you must wait for the driver in the hotel lobby.
