Our adventure begins at the designated meeting point in front of the Leonardo da Vinci Museum, situated in the Piazza del Popolo in Rome. Prepare to leave the city behind as we set out to uncover the wonders of Pompeii and Sorrento in a single day. Ready to embark? Let’s commence!
As we journey southward, you will be captivated by the stunning vistas of the Italian countryside. After nearly three hours on the road, we will arrive at the Pompeii archaeological site, where an intriguing 1.5-hour guided tour awaits.
Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Pompeii is celebrated for being one of the most intact ancient cities globally. Did you know this site was enveloped by volcanic ash from Mount Vesuvius? With the assistance of your guide, you will gain insights into ancient Roman life, visiting notable landmarks such as the Forum, the theatre, and the stunning villas embellished with frescoes and mosaics.
Feeling hungry? Following the tour, enjoy some leisure time to have a meal at a local restaurant in Pompeii. Afterward, we will reconvene to head toward the seaside town of Sorrento. This area is famed for its breathtaking Mediterranean views, lemon groves, and vibrant residences, giving you an hour of free time to wander the picturesque streets of the town.
Finally, we will return to Rome, concluding this enriching excursion after approximately 13 hours.

On the day of the activity, we'll meet at the designated time in front of the Leonardo da Vinci Museum, at the Piazza del Popolo (Piazza del Popolo, 12, 00187 Roma RM, Italy). Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
It is important that all members of the group bring their ID documents with them.
