We will convene at the designated time by Plaza Sotomayor, setting off to navigate the city's streets in search of its most authentic dining spots. The essence of Chilean cuisine lies in its rich blend of various European culinary influences alongside the distinctive flavors of the Indigenous Mapuche culture.

Throughout the tour, we will explore three local eateries, colloquially referred to as "picás." These venues are celebrated for their quality and affordability, making them a staple in the Chilean gastronomy scene.

At each stop, participants will savor a sampling of seasonal offerings that may include delightful specialty coffee, fish calugas, sea soup, or savory seafood empanadas, all complemented by a refreshing local beverage.

Our adventure will also take us up Cordillera hill, a historic site for port workers in Valparaíso. From this vantage point, you will be treated to breathtaking views of the city’s oldest areas, perfect for capturing memorable photographs.

To conclude the food exploration, we will visit a traditional market before returning to our starting point, wrapping up the tour approximately four hours after we commenced.
