Upon completing your reservation, a confirmation email will be sent containing a QR code, which can be printed or stored on your mobile device.

The validity of the pass begins upon its first use and remains active for the next 60 days.

When acquiring the pass, you can opt for access to 3, 4, or 5 attractions. The Vienna Flexi Pass grants individual access to each selected site and offers unlimited rides on the sightseeing bus within a 24-hour period.

Children Under 6

Children's passes are designed for ages 6 to 18. Many attractions in Vienna allow complimentary entry for children under 6. It is advisable to verify details with each attraction individually.

If you have any questions, you can visit the VIENNA SIGHTSEEING & Vienna PASS Service Center office, located at Opernring 3-5, opposite the Vienna State Opera, from Monday to Sunday between 9 am and 5 pm.

Important

Local bank holidays may affect the opening times of some attractions included in the pass. Closures due to local festivities are not grounds for partial or complete reimbursement of the price of the card.

We recommend booking your boat trip as early as possible to ensure that your desired date is available. Please keep in mind that in order to reserve a boat trip, you must pickup your Vienna Pass first.

On the day of the activity, you must bring your printed or digital tickets with you and show them to the boat staff when boarding.

If you're unable to attend at your booked time, please click on the cancellation link provided in the email to cancel your booking. Once you have cancelled your booking, you'll be able to choose a new date.
