Hiking Tour to Azulejos de Veneguera

We'll convene at 10 am in the parking area of the Azulejos de Veneguera, conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from the heart of Mogán. Our adventure begins with an 8.5-kilometer trek through the stunning mountains of western Gran Canaria.

As we progress through this semi-arid terrain, you'll be captivated by the vibrant hues of greens and reds showcased by the Azulejos de Veneguera. While we soak in these striking color variations, our guide will share insights into the geological history of this natural wonder, which originated from the Tejeda volcano's eruptions.

Along the way, we will also explore various ravines and streams that meander through this region of Gran Canaria. Prepare to capture stunning photographs of the landscape and the diverse local flora and fauna. Throughout the hike, keep an eye out for native species such as the Canary Island pines and a succulent plant known in Spanish as verodes.

The tour will conclude at 3 pm when we return to our starting point.
