We will gather at the Dallas Road wharf in Victoria at the scheduled time. Here, we will board the vessel that will embark on an extraordinary journey across the Juan de Fuca Strait, which serves as the natural border between the stunning Vancouver Island of Canada and the mainland of the USA.
Our adventure begins as we leave the port, venturing into the expansive waters of Victoria, recognized as the Sea of Salish. This boat ride along the strait offers a fantastic opportunity to explore the diverse marine ecosystem of Canada, including sightings of killer whales and humpback whales.
During our voyage, we might also spot various marine animals such as seals and sea lions, as well as observe over 127 species of exquisite birds! The diverse wildlife in the Juan de Fuca Strait has made it a sought-after location for nature enthusiasts.
We expect to return to the starting point approximately four hours after our departure.
