Join us at the Wanaka iSite Visitor Information Center, where a minibus trip will take you to the stunning area around Lake Hawea. Prepare to be enchanted by this picturesque location embraced by the South Island of New Zealand.
Upon arrival, we will equip you with bicycles and offer advice on various paths to discover key highlights in the vicinity. You will have three hours to savor the stunning vistas of Lake Hawea, situated in a glacial valley within the Otago region. Engage in activities such as fishing, swimming, or kayaking as you witness the impressive number of locals who frequent this beautiful lake daily!
We suggest exploring the Hawea River Track, a picturesque route that follows the river and boasts breathtaking views of the encompassing mountains. Alternatively, delve into Albert Town, visit the origin of the Clutha River, or relax with a coffee in the charming town of Hawea. The opportunities for adventure and enjoyment are plentiful!
At the conclusion of your exploration, we will be ready to assist you in returning the bikes and to accompany you back to the original meeting point in Wanaka.

On the day of the activity, we'll meet at Wanaka isite Visitor Information Center, at 103 Ardmore Street, Wanaka 9305, New Zealand. Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance.
