Activity Overview

Gather at the Río Damajagua Visitor Center at the designated time to kick off our journey through the renowned Damajagua waterfalls. Prepare yourself for an exciting experience!

Our adventure starts with an uphill hike in the Cordillera Septentrional, lasting around 40 minutes, leading us to one of the majestic waterfalls known as the Charcos de Damajagua. Afterward, we'll continue for another 30 minutes, reaching the highest point of the hill, which rewards us with stunning views of the 27 waterfalls. Expect to capture countless photos!

Once we've savored the stunning scenery from above, we'll begin our descent along the Damajagua River, stopping at its natural pools for a refreshing swim. After enjoying some leisure time in this hidden gem of the Dominican jungle, we will head towards the base camp to replenish our energy with a buffet lunch featuring traditional Dominican dishes such as grilled chicken, pork, stews, rice, pasta, and salads.

After lunch, we’ll conclude our journey back at the starting point.
