Your day begins with a pickup from your hotel in Opatija at 9 am, where our culinary adventure through Istria kicks off, heading west towards Hum, known as the world's smallest town.

Once we arrive, a guided stroll through Hum’s charming streets will unveil the many legends that surround this unique locale – its modest size belies its historical significance! The visit concludes with a tasting of biska, a locally crafted brandy infused with spices, only available here - it promises to be a delightful experience!

Continuing through the stunning Istrian landscape, we reach Motovun. In addition to exploring landmarks like St. Stephen's Church and its striking bell tower, a highlight of our visit will be the famed white truffle, a culinary gem of the forests surrounding Motovun.

To experience the distinctive flavor of this truffle, we will dine at a nearby restaurant where you will learn the art of preparing a dish centered around this exquisite ingredient. Following the demonstration, you'll have the chance to sample this creation along with other delightful local specialties – an absolute treat!

Our itinerary will then lead us to Grožnjan, a village where vineyards and olive groves play a crucial role in the local economy. As we wander through its picturesque cobblestone paths, we'll uncover the efforts of local artisans dedicated to crafting exceptional wines and olive oils.

The tour wraps up with a return to your hotel in Opatija by 5 pm.
