Lejanías Coffee Tour

During this excursion from Villavicencio, the journey leads us to a distinguished coffee plantation located in Lejanías, within the Meta region, a prime spot for savoring exquisite Colombian coffee.

Description

On the scheduled day, our adventure commences with a hotel pickup in Villavicencio at 7 am. We will then embark in a 4x4 vehicle, navigating through the picturesque landscapes of the Meta department.

After a scenic three-hour drive, we will arrive at the coffee estate near Lejanías. Upon our arrival, a substantial breakfast awaits, setting an invigorating tone for the day ahead!

Post breakfast, we will start our exploration of the farm, delving into the rich history of Colombian coffee. Following our informative tour, we will sample a local beverage before taking a stroll through the hacienda, where we will traverse the surrounding woods and admire stunning viewpoints.

Our visit culminates back at the farm, as we tour the coffee and citrus fields alongside the processing facilities. Witnessing the production process is fascinating, but the highlight will be enjoying a tasting session featuring coffee and wine crafted on-site.

To conclude our day, a hearty traditional lunch with a variety of Colombian delicacies will be served before we return to Villavicencio, aiming to arrive back at around 5 pm.
