Moscow Free Walking Tour

Red Square, St. Basil's Cathedral, and the impressive Kremlin will be explored on this free walking tour of Moscow, highlighting the most iconic places in the Russian capital.

Tour Details

The tour begins at the designated time in front of the Karl Marx Monument in Revolution Square. From this meeting point, we will proceed to Red Square, starting at the monument to USSR Marshal Georgy Zhukov. We will also visit the Kazan Cathedral, known for its historical significance.

Participants will admire the façade of the State Historical Museum and St. Basil's Cathedral. The Kremlin, which houses the Russian Federation government, and Lenin's mausoleum will be highlighted on the west side of the square, along with notable figures like Stalin and Yuri Gagarin.

On the east side, we will visit the GUM State Department Store. We will exit the square via San Nicolás Street, heading toward Lubyanka Square to view the former KGB headquarters. The tour continues along Teatral Avenue, passing the Children's Museum and the Maly and Bolshoi theatres, concluding at Manezhnaya Plozhad Square after 2 hours.
