When you secure this activity, you gain the chance to have your photo displayed on a billboard in Times Square, right in the center of the Big Apple. Your photograph will enjoy 15 seconds of exposure, repeating every hour throughout the day you select. We ensure at least 22 viewings on the prominent screen!

You can submit a group photo or an individual snapshot—the choice is yours! There is no cap on the number of people featured in the photograph!

Prime Viewing Locations

Your photo will appear on one of the distinguished billboards strategically placed in Times Square, ensuring it captures maximum attention:

Primary billboard: positioned at 1560 Broadway (between 46th and 47th Streets), directly above the Pelé store and facing the renowned red stairs of TKTS—a location frequented by millions!
Secondary billboard: additionally, a second option is available at 1500 Broadway (between 43rd and 44th Streets), situated above the famous Carlo's Bake Shop, merely two blocks from the primary location.

Usually, the main billboard above the Pelé store is the site for your screening. However, if it reaches full capacity, the secondary location will be utilized.

How It Works

The steps to see yourself in Times Square are straightforward. After reserving this experience, you will receive a code that grants you access to the upload portal where you can submit your photo. It’s essential to do this promptly since your time slot won’t be held until your image has been uploaded and approved.

Confirmation of your assigned viewing time will be sent at least one day prior to your selected date. Share this news with friends and family worldwide! They can witness your shining moment through a live online feed from the billboard!

Your photo in Times Square awaits you! Follow these simple steps to make your image shine on one of the world's most iconic screens:

Locate your Civitatis booking code: you'll find the booking code on this voucher. This code appears in the top right-hand corner as "supplier reference"
Upload your image: visit https://timessquarebillboard.com/partners to upload the photo. Please note that the display date you selected will not be confirmed until the image has been uploaded and approved.
Confirmation and schedule: once the photo is approved, you'll receive an email notification with the exact time the image will be displayed on the billboard.

Where will your photo be seen?

Your photo will be projected on one of our spectacular billboards in Times Square:

Main billboard: 1560 Broadway (between 46th and 47th Streets), just above the Pelé store. This screen measures 16.7 x 9.4 m (54.7 x 30.8 ft)
Additional billboard: 1500 Broadway (between 43rd and 44th Streets), just above the popular Carlo's Bake Shop. This screen measures 15.8 x 8.2 m (51.8 x 26,9 ft)

Normally, the screening takes place on the main billboard, located above the Pelé shop. However, if all the slots for that screen are occupied, the additional billboard will be used.

Once you have selected the date and uploaded the photo to the page, you'll receive an email from the local team with the exact address of the screen where it will be displayed.
