Operational Details

The Go City: Cancun All-Inclusive Pass activates upon its first use. From that moment, you can take advantage of it for 2, 3, 4, or 5 days within a 14-day period.

This pass provides one entry to each attraction. To utilize your pass, simply present the voucher at the entrance of the desired attraction. Although a date selection is required during booking, your pass will remain valid for 12 months from the selected date.

Children Under 5

Child passes for the All Inclusive Pass apply to children aged 5 to 11. Most attractions generally offer complimentary entry for children under 5 years old. We suggest checking each attraction's website for specific details.

This voucher is not your ticket, and cannot be changed for physical tickets nor used to access tourist attractions in the city.

On your email confirmation, you will find a PDF attachment. You should ensure that this archive contains the vouchers with a unique QR code for each customer. If you have not received this PDF, please contact us at booking@civitatis.com.

To use your tourist pass you should present your electronic passes. You should save the PDF in a form compatible with mobile devices to be able to open it easily and show it on your phone to access the attractions.

Downloading the electronic pass will not activate it. To activate the pass and visit any of the attractions simply present your electronic ticket at the entrance.

How Does it Work?

The validity of the Go City: Cancun All-Inclusive Pass begins when it is used for the first time. From this moment you can use the pass for the number of days chosen: 2, 3, 4, or 5 (for 14 days).

The Go City: Cancun All-Inclusive Pass allows one access to each attraction. To activate the pass and enter any of the attractions for free, simply present your voucher at the entrance.

Public holidays may affect the opening of some of the attractions included in the pass. This will not result in a partial refund.

Although you must select a date when booking, your pass will be valid for 12 months from the indicated date.
