Rio de Janeiro National Parks Tour

After collecting you from your hotel at the agreed time, we will embark on an extraordinary journey through the premier national parks of Rio de Janeiro.

We will kick off our adventure at the Penhasco Dois Irmãos Park, where breathtaking vistas of the beaches at Ipanema and Leblon await. After immersing ourselves in the park’s natural environment, our next destination will be the renowned Tijuca National Park, specifically the viewpoint Vista Chinesa, celebrated for its sweeping views.

Within Tijuca Park, we will also discover the enchanting Taunay Waterfall, the park’s tallest waterfall, an ideal backdrop for photos. Following our exploration, a short trek will lead us to Mirante Canoas, offering spectacular sights of Pedra da Gávea and Pedra Bonita.

Starting to feel hungry? We will pause at a local eatery for lunch to recharge. Once revitalized, our journey continues to Marapendi Park, home to endemic wildlife including capybaras. Here, we will also have the chance to spot broad-snouted caimans at the Marapendi Lagoon.

Next, we will head to the protected area of Prainha, where you can unwind and enjoy a refreshing swim at the picturesque beach. Our exploration of Rio de Janeiro’s national parks will conclude with a visit to the Mirante do Roncador, where you can witness the impressive Sleeping Giant.

After approximately 8 hours and 30 minutes of invigorating exploration, we will return you to your hotel.
