Activity Overview

Upon arrival at your chosen time, we'll gather at San José Beach for a quick instructional session on kayaking techniques to ensure your safety while navigating the waters during our Cabo de Gata tour. You'll have the chance to practice on the beach, preparing you for the adventure ahead.

Once you're comfortable, we will embark on our kayaking journey in Cabo de Gata. As we paddle eastward, prepare to be captivated by the charming coastal villages and majestic cliffs that unveil themselves from this unique vantage point. The views will astound you!

Midway, contingent upon sea conditions, we will halt our paddling to dive into the waters for some snorkeling. This segment offers a fantastic chance to discover the vibrant underwater life and diverse seabed of the region. Following this refreshing experience, we will continue our route toward Tomate Cove, where the volcanic formations of Punta de Los Frailes await.

After our time at the cove, we will commence our return journey to the starting point, concluding the activity.

Photo Documentation

Throughout the kayaking tour, we will capture moments for a photographic report. At the conclusion of the excursion, we will share a link allowing you to download the images for free two weeks later. This way, you'll have a lasting memento of a memorable day!

Requirements for Participation

• Participants must be able to swim and paddle a kayak autonomously.
• This activity is not recommended for individuals exceeding 264 lbs (120 kg), those with health issues, limited mobility, or individuals who are pregnant.

Starting Location

The adventure will begin at San José Beach, provided that weather conditions are acceptable. Should adverse weather arise, we may relocate the starting point to nearby areas such as La Fabriquilla Beach or Agua Amarga Beach. In such cases, notification will be sent the day before the event.
