When making a reservation for your buggy adventure in Bardenas Reales, you have the choice between a ride without driving or the thrilling experience of controlling the buggy yourself. Both options are 4 hours long and begin from the RuralSuite Hotel Apartamentos, situated along the Carretera de Tarazona, just outside of Tudela.
Below are the specifics of each tour:
Ride without Driving
If you choose this option, the guide will operate the buggy, allowing you to sit back and relish the breathtaking vistas of Bardenas Reales, an extraordinary desert in southern Navarra.
During this journey, you'll encounter notable natural formations within the Bardenas Reales Nature Park, such as Cabezo de Piskerra, Landazuría, and El Rincón del Bú. Curious about the origins of these names? You’ll discover the stories behind them!
Throughout the buggy ride, you'll appreciate various stunning natural sculptures. Additionally, we’ll share intriguing tales about the site’s history, including its past use by bandits as a hideout.
You’ll also learn how, despite its harsh appearance, this region supports various species of native flora and fauna that have thrived in this unique environment.
The tour will conclude with a scenic return to the starting point after 4 hours of exploration.
