Teide National Park Night Tour + Stargazing

Embark on an enchanting evening adventure through the Teide National Park, where you will trek across stunning mountain vistas beneath a canopy of stars.

Tour Overview

Your journey will commence at the entrance of the Parador Nacional de las Cañadas del Teide. Following a brief introduction from your guide, we'll begin our night hiking route within Las Cañadas del Teide.

Throughout the hike, we’ll traverse approximately 5 kilometers, all while soaking in the breathtaking beauty of the night sky. Our route will take us past notable landmarks such as Cañada Blanca and Roques de García, both renowned features of the park.

During our excursion, you'll gain insights into identifying the myriad of stars illuminating the heavens above Teide and its surrounding valleys. The stars appear exceptionally vivid against the backdrop of these volcanic terrains, which remain completely unaffected by light pollution.

Marvel at the presence of the moon and the mesmerizing Milky Way, along with countless astronomical wonders you can observe in detail as we explore Las Cañadas del Teide.

After a captivating 2.5-hour experience, we will conclude our night hike by returning to the Parador Nacional.

Transportation Options

Should you choose the transportation option, we offer the following:

• Pickup from Puerto de la Cruz (taxi stand located in Plaza del Charco) one hour prior to the activity.
• Pickup from Garachico (Plaza de la Libertad) one and a half hours before the activity.
