Tortuga Island Catamaran Day Trip

While staying in Puntarenas, embark on a memorable excursion aboard our catamaran to Tortuga Island. You'll enjoy a full day of swimming, kayaking, and basking in the sunshine of this captivating Costa Rican destination.

Day Trip Overview

Your adventure begins at the Puntarenas dock, where we will meet at the scheduled time. From this point, we will set sail on the catamaran towards Tortuga Island, located in the picturesque Gulf of Nicoya.

Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by soft white sands, transparent waters, and vibrant greenery - you've reached Tortuga Island! You'll have 5 hours to explore the island at your own pace.

What activities would you like to engage in? There are numerous choices you can select from at your convenience. For the adventurous, options such as zip-lining or hiking await. Alternatively, if relaxation is on your agenda, unwind on the beach in true Costa Rican style by lounging in a hammock while savoring the open bar of margaritas and rum punch.

The sparkling turquoise waters of Tortuga Island invite you for a refreshing swim! Additionally, you might consider kayaking, volleyball, or snorkeling. This intriguing island is also home to three sunken vessels on its seabed. Before we depart, we will enjoy a traditional beachfront lunch featuring salad, chicken, fish, rice, and vegetables. To cap off the delightful meal, dessert and coffee will be served. Throughout the day, you will have access to a refreshing juice and rum punch bar as well!

After our time on the island, we will commence our journey back to Puntarenas. The tour will conclude after around 12 hours of adventure.
