At the designated time, you'll need to head to the entrance of Selvatura Adventure Park, in the heart of the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve. Are you ready for an experience that will literally elevate you to a new dimension in nature?

After a short introduction, you'll start this self-guided tour through a trail that will take you to the first of the eight hanging bridges in the park. In total, you'll cross 1.86 mi (3 km) of these eco-friendly engineering works that span 165 to 557 ft (50 to 170 m) in length. Along the way, which will take 1 to 1.5 hours, you'll cross these floating bridges among the treetops. 

The hanging bridges in Selvatura are the best and most extensive in Monteverde. They were built with precise and high standards of safety and respect for the protected environment. We recommend you stop as you advance to spot sloths, tucans, and howler monkeys hidden among the branches.
