Your journey begins with a pick-up from your accommodation in Pirenopolis, as we set off to the north. Along the way, we will pass by historic trails constructed by enslaved individuals in the 18th century, which were once vital for the transportation of valuable minerals in this region.

After a brief drive of 5 kilometers (3.1 miles), we will reach the entrance to the hiking trail leading to the Bonsucesso Waterfalls. This engaging 1.2-kilometer (0.74-mile) path features a medium level of difficulty, winding through an awe-inspiring natural landscape with six distinct waterfalls.

The first sights will be the Açude, Landi, and Palmito Waterfalls. At the base of Palmito Waterfall, you will find a peaceful natural pool with a depth of 2 meters (6.5 feet). Following this, we will proceed to the Pedreira Waterfall, celebrated for its stunning emerald green waters.

Our journey continues as we cross a quaint bridge leading us to the Bonsucesso Waterfall, which lends its name to this waterfall group. Here, you can take a refreshing swim in the tranquil natural pool, and we will take a moment to enjoy our packed lunches and snacks against the beautiful scenery.

With revitalized spirits, we will make our way to the Lagoa Azul Waterfall, which marks the final highlight of our excursion. After soaking in the natural beauty, we will retrace our steps back to the beginning of our hike at Bonsucesso Waterfalls.

After a rewarding 4.5-hour experience immersed in nature, we will return you to your hotel in Pirenopolis.
