Our first destination will be the Fish Market, where we will gather essential ingredients for our culinary adventure. During our stroll through the market, we will discuss the traditional dishes from Bahía and learn which fish varieties suit each recipe best, focusing on the notable moqueca, a cherished Afro-Brazilian dish that we will create together.

Next, we will proceed to the Rio Vermelho Market to collect fresh produce to complement our ingredients. We will also select fruits needed for crafting a genuine caipirinha. Fun fact: the name of this cocktail originates from the caipiras, the local inhabitants of the rural regions of São Paulo.
