At the scheduled time, we will gather at the La Antigua cheese factory, a well-regarded institution situated in Fuentesaúco, approximately 40 minutes from Zamora by car and 30 minutes from Salamanca. Are you prepared for a genuine cheese adventure?

Your experience will begin with being provided protective clothing that must be worn while touring this esteemed facility. We will kick off our visit in the milk reception area and proceed through to the order preparation section. It’s bound to be captivating!
During the tour, you'll learn about the mysteries behind the cheeses of Zamora province while indulging in a delightful tasting session featuring two distinct types of cheese.
After approximately 60 to 75 minutes of exploring the factory, we will wrap up our visit and bid farewell.

On the day of the activity, you should arrive at the indicated time at the La Antigua cheese factory, located at the following address: Camino de Salamanca, 32, 49400 Fuentesaúco. We recommend arriving 10 minutes in advance.
Important Info
During the visit, you will have access to the production room where the temperature rises and then to the chambers where it drops. In both areas, you must wear a regulation gown that we will provide you. You will not be able to take off or put on your clothes during these parts of the visit, so it is advisable to dress in moderation in order to be comfortable in both areas.
