National Holocaust Museum
Housed in a historic school building directly across from the Hollandsche Schouwburg, this site served as a deportation hub for Jewish individuals during the harrowing times of World War II.
Exhibits featuring photographs, personal artifacts, garments, and interactive displays provide a window into the experiences of Dutch Jews during the Nazi occupation.
Visiting hours: every day from 11 am to 5 pm, with the following exceptions:
- Closed on Yom Kippur, Rosh Hashaná, and King's Day
- Opens at 12 pm on January 1
Hollandsche Schouwburg
This site, formerly a theater, served as a holding area for Jewish individuals en route to Nazi concentration camps. Now a memorial, it offers a collection of photographs and historical documents aimed at honoring the memory of those who endured the atrocities of the Holocaust.
Visiting hours: open daily from 11 am to 5 pm, except for:
- Closure on Yom Kippur, Rosh Hashaná, and King's Day
- Delayed opening at 12 pm on January 1
