Alpen Park is located at Rodovia Arnaldo Oppitz, 901 - São João - Canela/RS. To collect the tickets you must make your way to the ticket desk in the park, at the specific desk for the voucher exchanges.

The park opens daily at 9 am and 5:20 pm. The ticket desk closes 30 minutes before the closure of the park.

Important

The pass is valid for one day of use, which means that you'll be able to make use of the included attractions as many times as you want, and for as long as you want.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
You must present a valid document that verifies your age when entering the park.
The park does not close on rainy days, as there are sheltered activities.
This voucher does not guarantee priority access to the attractions.
People with special physical or psychological needs can enjoy the rides and must go to the monitors to receive the appropriate assistance.
For safety reasons, the park is not recommended for people with heart disease, epilepsy, hypertension, seizures, back problems and other medical implications or in poor physical and psychological condition.
