On the day of your visit, you'll need to redeem the voucher you receive at the entrance of Chapultepec Castle, located at the following address: Av. Heroico Colegio Militar 172, Bosque de Chapultepec I Secc, Miguel Hidalgo, 11580 Ciudad de México, CDMX, México.
You'll need to head to the Customer Service Module, located next to the ticket booth of Chapultepec Castle. There, you must show your ticket, either printed or on your phone, to the police officers, military personnel, or security guards stationed at the access gate. From that point, they will direct you to the main entrance of the castle, where your ticket will be scanned, and you'll have full access to the museum.
