Join us at 9:30 am on via Ceglie, home to Masseria Fragnite, a well-regarded mozzarella dairy in the region. Our journey begins!

First, we will tour the grazing area, where you'll learn about the source of the rich cow’s milk used for their mozzarella and other fresh cheeses crafted on-site.

Following our farm visit, we will proceed to the production rooms, where you'll receive a comprehensive explanation of the mozzarella-making process and what sets this cheese apart from others. To conclude, we invite you to indulge in a tasting featuring an assortment of cheeses and cured meats. A truly pleasurable experience awaits!
