Interested in mastering the art of ice fishing? Starting at 10:30 am, we will collect you from your accommodation in Sirkka and transport you in a comfortable minibus to the serene outskirts of this Finnish town.

As we navigate through the enchanting snowy forests, we will reach a frozen lake where the Lappish tradition of ice fishing unfolds. Here, we will discover how to create a hole in the ice and patiently await the tug of a fish on the line.

While waiting, you will relish the absolute stillness and peace of the Lappish winter woods – a wonderfully soothing experience! To round off our outing, we will gather around a campfire, enjoying a warm drink and cookies. With a bit of luck, we may even savor the fish we catch!

The activity concludes as we make our way back to the initial meeting point around 1 pm.
