Ready to dive into the art of ice fishing? Our journey begins at 10:30 am, where we will pick you up from your hotel in Sirkka and travel in a cozy minibus to a scenic location just outside the town.

As we navigate through the tranquil snowy forests, we will reach a frozen lake, the perfect setting to uncover this traditional Lappish practice. Here, we will master the technique of creating a hole in the ice and then patiently wait for a fish to bite.

While waiting, take a moment to relish the peace and stillness of the winter forests in Lapland, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. To enhance the experience, we will gather around a campfire to enjoy a warm beverage and delicious cookies. If fortune smiles upon us, we may even have the pleasure of tasting our catch!

The activity will conclude with our return to the meeting point around 1 pm.

Pickup Information

Hotel pickup and drop-off are included for guests staying between 1 and 10 kilometres (up to 6.2 miles) from the address: Hiihtäjänkuja, 10. For those located within 1 kilometre (0.62 miles), we will meet you directly at your location.
