We will convene at Oriente Street at the scheduled time to kick off our discovery of Antigua Guatemala. Are you prepared to explore the historic center of this quaint city located in the southern region? Let’s embark on this adventure!

Our exploration will commence with a leisurely walk through Antigua Guatemala, where we will unveil the rich narratives hidden within its streets. Highlights include a visit to the Church of La Merced, the iconic Arch of Santa Catalina, and the Conventual Cloister, which are paramount landmarks of the old town.

Next, we will head to Central Park, the vibrant heart of Antigua Guatemala. Here, we will admire the exteriors of the Town Hall, the Church of San José, the Archbishop’s Palace, and the Portal del Comercio. Our journey continues at the Tanque de la Unión—an ancient public washing area where we’ll delve into its intriguing history!

Having explored the main attractions within the historic center, we will venture to the nearby colonial villages. Following a break for self-arranged lunch, refreshed and ready, our first stop will be San Antonio Aguas Calientes, a site rich in historical significance—get ready to learn fascinating stories from this area!

Our next destination is a macadamia farm located in San Miguel Dueñas. Subsequently, in Ciudad Vieja and San Juan del Obispo, we will immerse ourselves in the region's deep-rooted colonial heritage.

After an enriching eight and a half hours, we will conclude our tour at the original meeting point in Antigua Guatemala. We look forward to our next adventure together!
