Activity Overview

If you’re passionate about nature, this outing is perfect for you! At the specified time, we will collect you from your accommodation and embark on an exhilarating bird watching excursion around the magnificent Arenal Volcano. Costa Rica is renowned for its rich biodiversity!

Our journey will begin with a minibus ride to the volcano’s vicinity, where we will commence our walk along its scenic trails to witness a wide spectrum of birds flying above the forest canopy. Accompanied by a knowledgeable ornithology expert, we will keenly observe the skies, aiming to identify numerous species.

Throughout this adventure, we might have the chance to see toucans, parrots, herons, kingfishers, and perhaps even parakeets. We will take breaks to identify different species and share intriguing insights about the birds we encounter, each boasting vibrant plumage that’s sure to impress!

We’ll pause at various locations to absorb the breathtaking views of Arenal Volcano. To refresh ourselves, we’ll enjoy delightful Costa Rican coffee accompanied by cookies and seasonal fruit.

After about three hours, filled with stunning images and experiences, we will return to your hotel, wrapping up this memorable activity.
