Peñas Blancas Rafting Experience

Following your pickup from your Arenal hotel, we will travel to the Peñas Blancas River. Encased by a verdant rainforest, natural hot springs, waterfalls, and canyons, you’ll board our rafts to embark on a tranquil journey down the river.

As we navigate the waters, you will have the opportunity to appreciate the picturesque rainforest landscape, filled with towering trees and lush, tropical plants, while immersing yourself in the natural symphony of sounds from the diverse wildlife surrounding you in Costa Rica's raw ecosystems.

This region is home to an array of fascinating creatures, so with a bit of luck, you might see monkeys, caimans, sloths, red frogs, or even bats. Additionally, it’s common to spot vibrant tropical birds, including the kingfisher.

After approximately 3.5 hours of rafting through this breathtaking jungle, we'll return you to your accommodation in Arenal.

While sightings of local wildlife are frequent in Costa Rica, these animals are not easily predictable, and we cannot assure the number or specific species you may encounter during the outing.

Pickup Details

The tour price includes pickup and drop-off services at the main hotels in Arenal. Should your lodging be situated outside this area, an additional fee will apply on the day of the tour based on your location:

• Zone 3: Leaves and Lizards, La Mansión, El Castillo, Observatory Lodge, Rancho Margot, and Lands in Love, 56.50 USD each way.
• Zone 4: Nueva Arenal Hotels, Termales el Bosque, El Tucano, 79.10 USD each way.
