Excursion to Morigerati Oasis
Your adventure begins with a pickup at your accommodation, followed by a trip from Ascea to the breathtaking Morigerati Oasis, a natural reserve managed by the WWF and renowned for its distinctive karst scenery.
Upon entering the reserve, which spans locations within the Cilento National Park and the Vallo di Diano, you will embark on a guided 3-kilometer trek. This route features enchanting waterfalls, intriguing caves, natural springs, and even a mill that dates back to the 17th century!
Your guide will share fascinating insights about the Bussento River, known for its unique behavior of disappearing underground only to rise again, creating astonishing natural formations, including its notable grotto. This area is home to one of the most impressive karst phenomena in Cilento!
After this enriching experience, we will return you to your hotel in Ascea, bringing an end to this four-hour excursion with heartfelt farewells.
