At the designated time, we will pick you up from your accommodation in Bento Gonçalves to commence this craft beer expedition in Serra Gáucha. Prepare for an extraordinary culinary adventure!

Throughout the day, we will explore 2 distinct breweries, gaining insights into their production processes and facilities. Knowledgeable master brewers will guide us through the intricacies of crafting their unique beers, each one tailored to satisfy diverse preferences.

Additionally, a tasting session will allow us to appreciate a variety of products paired with each beer. A true delight!

To culminate our journey, we will enjoy a heartwarming lunch at the Blauth Bier Brewery, featuring the following menu:

• A starter of small potatoes filled with cream and bacon.
• A main course choice between grilled veal accompanied by potato gnocchi in parmesan sauce or Schnitzel served with potato purée and bacon farofa.
