Join us on an exciting hiking expedition to Boca da Onça, where you'll witness the majestic highest waterfall in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. Along the way, limestone gorges, pristine natural pools, and lush native forests will create a stunning backdrop for your adventure.

We will convene at the specified location on Rodovia Bodoquena, where our hiking journey begins, leading toward the renowned Boca da Onça waterfall, towering at 156 meters (511 feet)!

The day will kick off with a hearty breakfast to gear up for the trek ahead. As we journey deeper into the Brazilian native forest, you'll inhale the crisp, fresh air while enjoying the beauty of nature on a moderately challenging 4.5-kilometer (2.7 miles) trail.

Prior to reaching Boca da Onça, you will encounter eight additional waterfalls that adorn the landscape. We'll pause intermittently to rest, and should you wish, feel free to take a dip in the Salobra River and the natural pools we stumble upon during our trek.

Our guides will delve into the fascinating formation of the Boca da Onça waterfall, explore the nearby river beach, and share the intriguing connection of this natural wonder with the jaguar.

After approximately 5 hours of exploration, we will return to our starting point. There, a traditional lunch awaits, alongside various relaxation areas, as well as a swimming pool, a bar, and even a small museum. We look forward to seeing you again!

During the reservation process, you have the option to select hotel pickup and drop-off in Bonito. Should you choose this service, the overall duration of the activity will extend to 7 hours.
