Boat Journey on the Formoso River
We'll gather at Eco Park Porto da Ilha at the designated time, located just 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) from the heart of Bonito. There, you will board a boat destined for an excursion on the Formoso River.
As we glide over the river's clear waters in an ecological boat, you’ll have the opportunity to appreciate the stunning landscape without impacting its pristine environment. Throughout the voyage, the vibrant and lush plant life of the southern Bonito region and its waterfalls will leave you in awe!
Additionally, we will make a brief stop for a hiking segment that takes us to a delightful wooden bridge, perfect for capturing numerous photos beside the Horminio waterfall.
After an hour of exploration, we will conclude our river expedition by returning to the starting point, where you can enjoy restaurants, shops, and even hammocks if you wish to relax by the banks of the Formoso River.
