At the predetermined meeting point, Fazenda Betione, located on the outskirts of Bonito, we'll commence our hiking journey into the very heart of the Serra da Bodoquena National Park—get ready to be captivated by the beauty of nature!

This route spans a distance of 2.5 kilometers (1.5 miles), allowing us to explore the diverse flora and fauna unique to this region. Have you ever been introduced to the Atlantic forest? As we stroll through the lush surroundings, we will delve into the characteristics of this tropical rainforest and discuss various threats it faces due to human activities.

Throughout our hike, we will pause at different points to rest and capture the picturesque scenery. You will encounter eight stunning waterfalls, where you're welcome to enjoy a refreshing swim in a breathtaking natural setting.

After a vigorous four-hour trek, we will conclude our hike back at Fazenda Betione, where you can indulge in a wholesome lunch.
