Your journey begins with a pickup at 9:30 am from your hotel in Cajamarca, setting the stage for a profound cultural exploration.

Our first destination is the artisan workshops of Huambocancha. Here, you’ll witness the talent of skilled stonecutters as they create intricate rock sculptures. The artisans specialize in crafting pieces from marble and granite, with some sculptures being so grand that they can be seen from a distance; we’ll delve into their artistic process during our visit.

Next, we’ll travel to the Porcón farm, a remarkable agrotourism destination nestled within Peru's largest forest park, spanning nearly 13,000 hectares. This natural habitat plays a vital role in preserving various animal species and plant life. Throughout our tour, expect to encounter diverse wildlife including monkeys, vicuñas, and deer, making this a unique opportunity to connect with nature.

Furthermore, we will gain insight into the daily lives of the farmers, observing their agricultural and livestock practices. The community at Porcón is dedicated to producing both dairy items and handmade crafts, embodying their time-honored traditions.

The visit also includes a trip to a mini zoo, where you can see fascinating wildlife such as Andean bears, alongside other animals like jaguars and pumas. Additionally, we will explore the farming techniques used in the estate, including a look at their trout farming operations.

Our tour will conclude around 1 pm, after returning you to your hotel in Cajamarca.
