Your journey will begin with a pickup from your hotel in central Cajamarca at the scheduled time, as we make our way north to traverse the Ruta Llushcapampa, which takes us through key sites emblematic of the region.
The first destination is the Hotel Posada del Puruay, nestled within a colonial house dating back to 1822. Here, you will admire the beautiful colonial architecture before continuing on through scenic, verdant pastures.
Our next stop will be Fundo El Chocho, a delightful hotel established on what was once an expansive hacienda. At this location, we'll explore its viewpoint and artificial lagoon. Following this, we will venture to an area known as La Cueva, where fascinating stories of this pre-Inca cave await discovery.
After our exploration of the cave, prepare for a highlight of the trip: the Llushcapampa giant statue park. We will spend an hour in this intriguing park, wandering amidst massive stone and granite sculptures, some towering as high as 13 feet (4 meters)!
To conclude the tour, we will return to Cajamarca and drop you off at your hotel, wrapping up an enriching experience that lasts approximately 4 hours.
