Your adventure begins at our Activity Centre in Las Rozas, located in Cangas de Onís, where we will greet you and provide a comprehensive introduction. We will equip you with all the essential gear needed for a memorable canoeing experience on the Sella River. Enjoy full access to our amenities, including changing rooms, showers, and restrooms.

You are free to paddle down the Sella River for as long as you wish. Additionally, children under 12 can partake in a complimentary mini-golf activity at our sports and leisure complex!

After your adventure, we'll provide transportation back to the original meeting spot.

Routes

Based on your fitness level and preferences, you can select from the following routes, all commencing from Las Rozas in Cangas de Onís:

• 4 km route: a serene journey that lasts between 1 to 2 hours, leading to Arriondas. It offers a peaceful experience with minimal crowds.
• 12 km route: a more engaging option that takes approximately 3.5 hours, guiding you from Arriondas to Toraño.
• 19 km route: an extensive 5-hour excursion stretching from Arriondas and Toraño to Llovio, near where the Sella meets the Ría de Ribadesella.

Equipment

We advise wearing casual attire, along with a hat or cap and sunscreen, particularly during the warmer months.

We will supply all the necessary gear: canoes (available in 1, 2, or 3-seat configurations), paddles, life jackets, and dry bags for your belongings. Depending on weather conditions, we may also furnish wetsuits for added comfort.

It is essential that participants know how to swim in order to join this activity.
