Activity Details

Our adventure begins at the Santander Monument located in the port of Cartagena de Indias, where we'll gather at the scheduled time. A short stroll will lead us to the boat prepared to transport us to the Rosario Islands. Let's embark on this journey!

Upon boarding, you'll be welcomed by the vibrancy of Caribbean music and a festive atmosphere among an exclusive adult group. We will first enjoy a brief panoramic exploration of the remarkable San Fernando Fort on Tierra Bomba Island, an iconic site that promises to impress.

Next, our destination is Barú Island, where we'll disembark for 2 hours of leisure on its stunning beaches. The soft white sand and clear turquoise waters create a perfect setting for sunbathing and relaxation!

After our time there, we'll reboard the vessel to continue our journey. Along the way, enjoy scenic views of the former residence of Pablo Escobar situated on Isla Grande.

We will then make a stop at a beach club on Marina Island, where a delicious lunch awaits, featuring options of fish, chicken, or vegetarian dishes. With renewed energy, we’ll proceed to our final destination: Cholón Island. Here, you are free to savor the vibrant atmosphere and sandy beaches for another 2 hours.

As our day comes to an end, we will commence our return journey to Cartagena, concluding our 6.5-hour excursion at the initial meeting point.

The port tax, 31500COP per person, can only be paid in cash at the dock.
Keep in mind that since Cholón Island is one of the most popular destinations in the archipelago, it tends to be quite crowded, which may make the experience a little different than what is expected. In addition, prices can be somewhat high due to the high demand in this area.
On rainy days, we suggest wearing appropriate clothes.
The use of bathing suits on the beaches of the Rosario Islands is mandatory.
