At the specified time, we'll gather at the Convention Center shopping arcade, immersing ourselves in the captivating flavors and scents of Cartagena!

Our journey begins with a curated selection of aged rums, each offering a distinct profile. We will explore at least 8 different varieties, ranging from youthful expressions to reserves aged up to 27 years, each presenting its own unique nuances and textures. This tasting truly celebrates the depth and complexity of this exquisite distillate.

To enhance the tasting experience, we will pair these rums with 6 artisanal Colombian chocolates featuring cocoa concentrations from 43% to 80%, along with cardamom and rum bonbons that accentuate the flavors in every sip. Each chocolate is crafted in Bolívar, ensuring authenticity and exceptional quality.

Additionally, our tasting will be complemented by carefully selected appetizers such as sautéed sweet peppers, cheese, meatball carimañolas, fish croquettes, vegetarian empanadas, and vegetable baskets.

This experience will also transport you back in time with engaging stories from the era of pirates and rum traders.
