Sunset Kayak Adventure in Cartagena
This scenic kayak journey begins at 4:30 pm on Castillo Grande Beach, where we’ll gather to discuss the essential safety guidelines before commencing our adventure.
Following this orientation, we will embark on our kayak excursion, gliding through the Caribbean waters as we observe a breathtaking sunset over Cartagena de Indias. Our route will span one hour, covering a distance of 3 kilometers (1.8 miles).
As we navigate this tranquil waterscape, we'll admire the vibrant hues of pink, orange, and red that paint the sky over Castillo Grande Beach and the Cartagena coast. This is a chance to enjoy sweeping views of one of nature's most spectacular displays.
We will steer towards the Cartagena Naval Club, before returning as the sun dips below the horizon, enhancing the beauty of the coastline. This moment of twilight brings a unique charm to the surroundings, making it truly memorable.
By 5:30 pm to 6 pm, we will conclude our evening kayak excursion, returning to the original meeting point full of unforgettable memories.

Important information
10 minutes before the indicated time, you should arrive at the following point in Cartagena de Indias: Karib Kayak & Paddle Center paddle club, located on Castillo Grande beach, next to the Bocagrande hospital. When you arrive at the beach, you'll be able to identify the paddle club with an orange flag. Please be punctual.

We advise you bring: sunscreen, sunglasses, cap or hat, swimming costume, spare clothes, insect repellent, shoes suitable for wet conditions and T-shirt or wetsuit with UV filter.
