Chennai Night Tour
Our adventure begins at 7 pm, where we convene at Fort St. George, marking the start of our captivating night tour. You’ll be introduced to the fascinating history behind this 17th-century bastion, known as the first British fortress in India.
Next, we’ll visit St. Mary's Anglican Church, renowned for its stunning white facade and graceful design. Following that, the Victory War Memorial awaits, a tribute to the Allies’ victories in both World Wars. You'll marvel at how the monument is beautifully illuminated by the fading sunlight, enhancing the experience of this significant landmark.
As our nighttime exploration continues, we will cross the Napier Bridge, the city’s oldest bridge. You'll also appreciate the refined architecture of the University of Madras, recognized as India’s third oldest university and a prestigious institution. Our journey then leads us to the Anna Samadhi Memorial, where you'll learn about Conjeevaram Natarajan Annadurai, the former Chief Minister of Madras.
Concluding our nocturnal journey, we visit the Statue of Work located at Marina Beach. This vibrant area is one of Chennai’s most energetic neighborhoods, inviting you to explore more of the lively nightlife that awaits after our tour ends at 9 pm.
