At the designated time, we will gather on Avenida Emídio Navarro in Coimbra to embark on a delightful wine tour of the Bairrada region. Over the next four hours, we will delve into this area famed for its exceptional wines and visit its most significant landmarks.

Our journey begins in Curia, home to the Bairrada wine route headquarters. This is where all the wine producers from the region converge, allowing us to explore a variety of their offerings.

Next, we will leave Curia for a scenic drive through the vineyards of Bairrada. Additionally, we will have the chance to stop at a winery, subject to availability. We may have the pleasure of touring Caves Messias, a historic winery boasting over 90 years of tradition. Here, we will partake in a tasting of Bairrada wines.

Feeling hungry? You'll have some free time for lunch in Mealhada, perfect for enjoying local specialties at your own pace.

We will then conclude our excursion and head back to Coimbra, wrapping up after an enjoyable four-hour journey.
