Cordoba Wine & Cheese Experience

Are you interested in exploring the distinctive flavors of Cordoba? This unique experience offers you the opportunity to sample four different types of both cheese and wine, allowing you to discover the ideal pairings.

Activity Details

At the designated time, we will gather at the tasting location on Carlos Rubio Street, number 11, in the heart of Cordoba. Prepare yourself to delve into the local delicacies.

Once seated, we will be introduced to a selection of artisan cheeses. You'll enjoy four varieties: blue cheese, Comté, aged sheep's cheese, and semi-aged sheep's cheese seasoned with paprika. These selections will be categorized by their milk source, fat content, aging process, and texture.

With the exquisite Cordovan cheeses on our palates, we will embark on the challenge of perfect pairings. A red wine, an oloroso, a vermouth, and a sweet Pedro Ximénez will be presented for tasting, making for an engaging decision-making process!

Our tasting experience will conclude after 1 hour and 45 minutes.
